Safe Shoots
Freelance leadership in film and TV comes with a version of responsibility most training doesn't touch: you're accountable for your team's wellbeing, but you rarely have HR to call, a fixed employer to fall back on, or much influence over the decisions made above you. You're expected to hold safety for everyone else, often while absorbing pressure nobody's holding for you.
Safe Shoots is a four-part training series built specifically for that reality, giving you the opportunity to gain practical tools whether your an in house HOP, a freelance Exec, SP or department heads who carries a real responsibility for a team without the formal backup that usually comes with it.

Become a Certified Safe Shoots by Dolly Leader
Complete the series of 4 x training modules and 6 x Executive Coaching sessions and you'll walk away with a Safe Shoots by Dolly certification showing you've done the work most of the industry still doesn't teach.
Once you have completed all 6 x Executive Coaching Sessions you will become a Safe Shoots Practioner.
