Grounded Coaching for Creative Leaders Under Pressure

Safe Shoots
Sale Price: £359.40 Original Price: £599.00

You know the productions that just click. Team gels fast. People back each other up. Even brutal days feel okay because you trust who you're with.

You also know the other kind. No HR. No fixed employer. The same tension with the same person, week after week, never sorted. A blow-up everyone quietly moves past and never deals with.

The difference isn't luck. It's whether psychological safety got built in early, and whether whoever was leading had the tools for it.

This isn't a nice-to-have. It's basic risk assessment territory.

Physical safety. People who feel safe speak up about hazards before they become accidents.

The work. The best ideas rarely come from the most senior person in the room. They come from whoever feels safe enough to say them.

Reputation. This industry talks. Leaders known for treating people well get the crews who want to come back.

This is essential for every leader, on every team, on every production. Every production runs on freelance crews, tight schedules, and little to no HR backup. Anyone leading people on set will face a hard conversation or a struggling team member sooner or later. This is baseline training, not a specialism for leaders with a problem.

What's covered

  1. Creating Psychological Safety On Productions: Small Steps, Big Impact. Build psychological safety through small, consistent actions

  2. Identifying and Managing Psychosocial Risks. Spot the risks on a production and manage them before they become a bigger problem

  3. Leading From A Place of Safety. Lead well even when you don't feel safe yourself.

  4. Maintaining Safety Under Pressure. Practical tools for conflict, repair, feedback, and knowing when something's beyond what you can hold alone

What you'll walk away with

Confidence to build a team of freelancers who trust each other quickly under pressure, to have the hard conversations when they're needed, and to trust yourself as a leader.

Clarity on how to get to the bottom of what's actually happening when things get tense, what's yours to handle and what needs to go further up the chain, and the language to act on it.

Groundedness to hold your own sense of safety even when the people above you aren't holding it for you, so you're leading from steadiness rather than just reacting to whatever pressure lands next.

Why coaching's included

A workshop teaches you a framework. It can't sit with you through the conversation you're dreading. That's what coaching is for.

Training gives you the tools. Coaching tests them against your real job. It's the difference between knowing what to do and putting it into a real situation.

How Safe Shoots Works

Safe Shoots combines live group training with individual coaching, so you don't just learn the tools , you have time to apply them to your own leadership and production challenges.

Coaching for Creative Leaders

Coaching for executives, showrunners, producers, HOD’s and creatives working at the edge of innovation and burnout.

I help you reconnect with purpose, clarity, and confidence, even under pressure.

Aimed at anyone who is facing leadership pressure, creative blocks, career pivots, burnout, or big decisions.

A space for real talk, real leadership, and real change, grounded in who you truly are.

Accessible Fees during accreditation

To complete my coaching accreditation, I’m working with a small number of clients in multi-session blocks.

Each person will be offered a block of 8–12 sessions, depending on their needs and availability. This allows for real progress and counts toward my required 100 practice hours.

  • 1:1 confidential coaching (virtually)

  • Grounded, trauma informed support

  • A space to think clearly, lead authentically, and move forward

  • A real commitment to your growth

Pricing: I currently offer coaching on a donation bases based on your circumstances. If you are currently employed the suggested amount is £30-£60 per session.

As I work toward accreditation, all I ask in return for donation-based coaching is your openness, honesty, and a short-term commitment to the process.

Coaching vs Therapy

Coaching helps you navigate the here and now - leadership pressure, creative blocks, career pivots, burnout, or big decisions. It’s future-facing, collaborative, and rooted in self-awareness and action. You don’t need to be broken to benefit.

Therapy is designed to heal emotional wounds, trauma, or mental health challenges, often rooted in the past, and led by a clinically trained therapist.

If therapy is about healing, coaching is about evolving. Creative leaders often benefit from both but this space is for growth, clarity, and forward motion.

And I have my doubts, but know I'll always work it out.

You'll always work it out.”
