The Daily Cuppa has provided support to hundreds of freelancers, helping individuals find value in their stories and discover coping strategies through connection and support from peers.
What is it?
The Daily Cuppa is a regular drop-in Zoom group, which allows small groups of people to connect with others in the film and TV industry and to share their struggles in a safe environment. Run in association with Screenskills, it’s been running since March 2020 and was set up in response to the Covid-19 crisis.
